RAAST provides highly specialized, systematic working-at-heights training tailored specifically for the telecoms, power, and construction industries. Established in 2007 by Ronnie Palmer, RAAST applies rigorous training techniques forged through Palmer’s 30 years of service in the Irish Defense Forces and international logistics management with the UN and GOAL. This foundation of planned, professional development was further expanded in 2019 when Aidan Byrne joined the leadership team, bringing 23 years of industry expertise—ranging from trainee rigger to Senior Design Engineer in the international cellular telecoms sector.
